Walter Palmer's Manhood

Zou het een met het ander te maken kunnen hebben?

Cecil the Lion killer paid female worker £81,000 after sex harassment claim

WALTER Palmer, the loathed US dentist who sparked an international hate campaign after killing Cecil the lion, paid a woman £81,000 after she accused him of sexually harassing her.

An investigation by Express.co.uk revealed Walter Palmer, wanted by Zimbabwean police over the slaying of Cecil, was accused by an employee of "touching her up" during "a sexual harassment campaign.”
The claim involved allegations the dentist touched her breasts, buttocks and genitals in what she described as a campaign of "ongoing and unwelcome" sexual advances.
The 55-year-old, who has gone into hiding in the USA after being outed as the killer, denied any wrongdoing after the allegations were made in 2005.
However, he settled the unnamed woman's claim through his insurers a year later and also agreed to undergo three days of "sexual harassment training" as part of the settlement.
The discrimination claim was filed with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights made in April 2005.
The woman, who was both a patient and receptionist at his River Bluff Dental Practice in Minnesota, in America's mid-west, alleged Palmer sacked her after she complained to him and her immediate supervisor about "ongoing and unwelcome" sexual harassment.
She worked there from July 1999 to January 2005.

The claim alleged the harassment included "verbal comments" and "physical conduct involving her breasts, buttocks and genitalia" and it continued after she raised it, before her dismissal.
A conciliation conference took place in December 2006, when Palmer agreed to pay out the sum. This avoided a full hearing.
He also agreed for all staff, including himself to undergo sexual harassment training, and provide the woman a reference.
The settlement is detailed in records of a 2009 unprofessional conduct hearing of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, which looked at his suitability to remain in practice in light of the allegations made to the other department by the woman.
A panel of the dentistry board inn June 2009 also found he had substandard record keeping in relation to the woman as one of his patients.
But it allowed him to remain in practice provided he complete a record keeping and separate dental ethics course within 9 months of the finding.
A further 2010 document from the board confirmed he completed the required action.
He remains licensed to practice there.

Cecil was slaughtered with a crossbow by prolific animal killer Palmer, who has previously bragged online about his twisted hunting exploits.
The middle-aged dentist, from Minnesota in America's mid-west, has also posed for a series of sick 'trophy' images with the corpses of the magnificent beasts he has killed.
In a statement released last night Palmer said he believed the hunt he was on was legal and said: "I had no idea that the lion I took was a known, local favourite, was collared and part of a study until the end of the hunt.
"I deeply regret that my pursuit of an activity I love and practise responsibly and legally resulted in the taking of this lion."
Cecil was one of the world's most recognisable felines because of his rare black mane, and was the star attraction for the thousands of tourists who descend on the Hwange national park, in Zimbabwe, every year.
